Customers are requested to not accept any order if the delivery package is received in an open or damaged condition. Kindly intimate LEATHERWALA about the same immediately through the customer care number and email.
Our general replacement policy is within 15 days of receiving customer intimation. Replacement is applicable in case of manufacturing defect or in case of wrong product in terms of model, color, dimensions or specification delivered to you.
A customer is required to immediately intimate LEATHERWALA (preferably on the same day) through the customer care number and through email about the issue and request for replacement by mentioning the system generated tracking number in the mail subject line. Otherwise it will be assumed that the product has reached the customer in good shape and any damage has incurred due to wrong use, neglect or mishandling by the customer. In such an instance no replacement request will be entertained.
Please note that the replacement request will be entertained only if the product label is intact and not removed from the product. Otherwise it will be considered that the product has been used by the customer, hence no replacement request will be entertained.
LEATHERWALA reserves the right to consider all replacement requests and each case will be scrutinized and considered after analyzing the reason given by the customer for requesting a replacement.
