Refund Policy
- All items purchased through leatherwala corporation are eligible for a full refund if any of the following are applicable:-
- Wrong item was shipped
- Item arrived damaged. You must notify via email (info@leatherwala.com) within 24 hours after receipt of the product.
- Item is different than described on our website during time of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 days of receipt of returned goods subject to the condition of the item being received is in good and resalable condition.
- Please note that refund will only be considered once you have received confirmation from us, by email, that this will be done.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 days of receipt of damaged goods.
- Customer is eligible to replace the product within 7 days after received.
- Refunds will be credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards/Net Banking.
